These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of leahlash.com, including its pages, forms, promotions, booking links, and related online features. By using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

We may revise these Terms when our website, services, or legal obligations change. Updated Terms become effective when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

LeahLASH provides information about lash, brow, membership, studio, career, franchise, promotion, and related services. The website may also let you submit an inquiry, join a waitlist, request updates, or follow a link to a third-party booking provider.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not replace an in-person consultation. Service suitability, timing, availability, and final pricing may depend on a consultation, current promotions, natural lash condition, sensitivities, and other individual circumstances.

Appointments may be scheduled through third-party booking platforms. Those platforms may apply their own terms, privacy policies, payment requirements, cancellation rules, and technical processes. A booking is not complete until it is accepted or confirmed by the applicable booking provider or LeahLASH studio.

Displayed prices, offers, dates, and availability may change. Promotion eligibility, exclusions, expiration dates, deposits, cancellation charges, and other conditions disclosed with an offer or during booking also apply. If website information conflicts with the current booking checkout or written studio confirmation, the checkout or confirmation controls for that transaction.

When you provide your mobile number and affirmatively opt in, you authorize LeahLASH to send recurring informational and promotional text messages to that number. Messages may include appointment or inquiry follow-up, waitlist and early-access updates, studio announcements, availability, offers, and other LeahLASH marketing. Messages may be sent using automated technology.

Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan.

To stop messages, reply STOP at any time. We may send one final confirmation that your opt-out was processed. To receive assistance, reply HELP or email leahlashstudio@leahlash.com. If you later want to receive messages again, you must opt in again.

You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number provided. If you change or transfer your number, please opt out or contact us so messages are not sent to a new user of that number.

Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery and program availability are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier coverage, device settings, filtering, or other circumstances outside LeahLASH's control.

LeahLASH does not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, consent records, or text-message content with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Limited information may be processed by messaging vendors and carriers acting on our behalf solely to deliver, support, secure, or legally operate the program, as further explained in our Privacy Policy.

The LeahLASH name, branding, website design, original text, graphics, photographs, and other website materials are owned by or licensed to LeahLASH and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial use. No other copying, modification, publication, sale, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

Names, logos, and materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

The website may link to booking services, maps, social networks, payment tools, and other third-party resources. LeahLASH does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms and policies.
